Flow of transaction

Please send us the product drawing or CAD data.
Please inform us of the quantity, specification, and desired delivery date.
If you have the drawing data…
please send it to us from the inquiry form. We will give you a quotation.
If you have an idea, but no drawing…
Our staff will support you.
(Please provide us with design specification information such as material, plate thickness, dimensions, etc.)
2. Proposal and quotation
Our staff will provide you with a quotation based on the best specifications and processing methods to meet your needs.
We can also provide composite processing and surface treatment for etched and electroformed products.
3. Order
If you agree to the following, please place an order by purchase order or e-mail.
【Trade Terms and Payment Terms】
Trading is basically DAP (Delivery at Place), using international courier services such as DHL and FEDEX.
Payment will be made by T/T in advance (Telegraphic Transfer).
4. Production, processing, and inspection
We will start manufacturing after confirming your payment.
Manufacturing complies with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
An inspection sheet will be attached to the product.
5. Shipping
You will be notified when the scheduled shipping date is confirmed.
When the shipment is made, we will send you the invoice of the international courier company and other information by e-mail.
6. Delivery
Direct delivery from the factory to your specified location in Japan or overseas.
Local delivery at overseas factories (China, Philippines, Thailand) is also possible.
